14 May 2015 Access to Public Transport
Trailblazers are launching an investigation into the accessibility of public transport. Our very first big campaign focused on the accessibility of public transport and was launched back in 2009, you can read the report here.
Now, six years later, we've seen some great progress but we're also aware that more still needs to be done.
We want to hear you thoughts about what progress has been made and what areas still need improvement.
Get Involved
There are many ways you can support our investigation.
Surveys
We need to hear about your experiences so please do fill out our mystery shopper survey after every journey you take on public transport.
We also want to hear your thoughts about how public transport should be improved, and you can do that by telling us about your experiences in general.
Take photos and film your journey
We would really appreciate it if you could send us photos and video footage of yourself using public transport. Please send your photos and videos to or upload your video to YouTube and send us the link!
